The Law fixes the authorities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the setting the procedure for calculating the cost of paid services related to the compulsory certification.
The Law supplements Clause 19 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Standardization and Certification" with item 4:
"Methodology of calculating the cost of works connected with the compulsory certification of production is ratified by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine."
The draft was registered under Reg. No. 8025.
